Our Story
Para Pro was born in the City of London in 2022, when a team of experienced legal technologists and AI researchers from the UK's top universities and law firms came together with a shared vision: to revolutionise how legal work is processed in British law firms.
We recognised that while legal AI was advancing rapidly, existing solutions were primarily designed for the American legal system, with UK firms forced to adapt these tools to their specific needs. Para Pro was created specifically for UK law firms, with a deep understanding of British legal processes, terminology, and compliance requirements.
Our headquarters in London serves as the centre of our operations, with additional research facilities in Cambridge and Manchester. From day one, our mission has been to create AI solutions that understand the nuances of UK legal practice and can fully automate the paralegal function across all practice areas.
